Today iam gonna share you a wonderful trick on "How to change your Windows Password without even having an Old Password in your brain".
This applies from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Steps to Change the password

  • Go to C:\windows\system32 and find the program named cmd.exe(Command Prompt as you know :)).
  • Now Right Click cmd.exe and press Run as administrator.

  • Now on the command prompt,the magic happens.Enter the command net user <username> <password>.Please fill the <username> with the username you are going to change the password and in the <password> enter the password you are going to change.



If you get a "The command completed successfully" message.Then woosh!.You got your Windows Password resetted successfully without even knowing the old password.
